PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner is an advanced-level certification that combines the flexibility and responsiveness of agile with the clearly defined framework of PRINCE2®. It’s designed to help professionals tailor PRINCE2 in an agile context to deliver projects more effectively.

It’s aimed at professionals who are:

• PRINCE2 Agile Foundation certified

• Working in or with agile project environments

• Project managers, team leads, product owners, and professionals involved in project delivery

To complete the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course, you must hold a PRINCE2 Agile Foundation certificate.

PRINCE2 Agile maintains the core principles of PRINCE2 but incorporates agile concepts such as:

• Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Start-up

• Agile behaviours and ways of working

• Flexibility in delivery while preserving governance

• Learn how to manage agile projects effectively

• Boost your employability and project performance

• Gain a globally recognised certification

• Understand how to tailor PRINCE2 for agile teams and projects

Exams are taken online with remote web proctoring. We’ll send you your exam vouchers before your course begins.

Agile Practitioner Exam Details:

• Format: Objective testing

• 50 questions, each worth 1 mark

• Pass mark: 30 marks (60% required to pass)

• Duration: 2.5 hours (150 minutes), no extra time for reading

• Open book: You may use the official PRINCE2 Agile® printed manual (it can be annotated, but no sticky notes or loose-leaf papers with extra notes are allowed).

You must first pass the Foundation exam before attempting the Practitioner exam.
